Delivery and returns.


General


We are unable to take orders or deliver items from outside the UK  at the moment.

We do not currently offer an online greeting card personalisation service.
All card prices shown include postage and packing and VAT and are despatched directly to you the customer.

Any dates specified by The Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, The Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle The Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

Fully paid orders, which have been authorised & approved by our card processor, will be posted or dispatched to you on the working day (week day, Monday - Friday)  we receive your order. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, however we may send parcels weighing more than 2kg by other services, and we reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements if we see fit.

We do not dispatch at the weekend or on Public Holidays. Most mail posted to UK addresses using the Royal Mail First Class service arrives one working day after dispatch. However, if you wish to be absolutely safe, please allow three working days for delivery, especially during the busy pre-Christmas period. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver by Royal Mail.

Your order will be dispatched in sturdy, board-backed packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Risk in and Ownership of the Goods

Risk in the Goods shall pass to The Buyer on delivery.
Ownership in the Goods shall not pass to The Buyer until The Company has received in full in cleared funds all sums due to the Company in respect of the Goods and all other sums which are or may become due to The Company from The Buyer on any account.
Until ownership of the Goods has passed to The Buyer, The Buyer shall:
hold the Goods on a fiduciary basis as The Companyís bailee;
store the Goods in such a way that they remain identifiable as the Companyís property;
not destroy or deface any identifying mark on the Goods or their packaging;
maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition.

Payment

Payment for orders must be received in full before the order is dispatched. We accept payment in Sterling only, by credit or debit card .

Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our greeting cards come with a no quibble returns guarantee. If youíre not happy for any reason, send it back. Full refund. No problem.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellation of orders must be made by letter, fax or by email. A phone call cancellation is not enough. It is the customerís duty to take full care of all items.

Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. Failure to return at the customers expense (except where the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract) Double Trouble Publishing will recover the items and offset the amount against any refund due

Refunds for returned and cancelled orders will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of return.

DoubleTrouble create and publish contemporary greeting cards and are internationaly recognised for their innovative designs.
